Listed buildings grant
You can apply for grants and financial assistance for national listed buildings with or without a residential function.
Subsidy for national listed buildings

- The application is submitted (if applicable) with photographic and other documentation material.
- The application must be accompanied by a detailed explanation and an itemised budget of the costs.
- The grant amount does not exceed 50% of the eligible costs up to the established grant cap.
The Zadelfonds grant scheme is drawn from the interest earnings of the estate of the Zadel family and must benefit local heritage conservation in the broadest sense.
