You must comply with the regulations of the Living Environment Activities Decree and/or the Leeuwarden Environmental Plan.
Requires a permit
You are applying for an environmental permit for an environmentally harmful activity. You must also comply with certain regulations from the Living Environment Activities Decree and/or the Leeuwarden Environmental Plan.
A notification or permit
Check via the permit check whether you need to apply for an environmental permit (environmental activity), or file a report. You must submit a permit application via the Environment Desk. In the Customized Measures section you can check which rules your environmentally harmful activity must comply with.
Customized measures
With Customized Measures you know which rules apply to you and what you can do to adhere to those rules. You must comply with these rules in any case. Even if you do not need a permit or have to submit a notification.
Overview
You will receive an overview of, for example, which measures you need to take, how often and in what order. You can use the overview as a checklist.
