Neighbourhood Panels and Village Associations grant

The neighbourhood panels/village associations grant is intended to improve the liveability of a neighbourhood/village. The grant can also be used to benefit the functioning of the neighbourhood panel/village association.

You can use the form to indicate what you expect to use the grant for in the coming calendar year. You do not need to specify any amounts. This budget will also be included in the neighbourhood and village programmes that will be distributed door to door in your neighbourhood/village in January.

Management boards listed in the policy rule ‘Neighbourhood Panels and Village Associations grants’ can submit an application by 1 October prior to the grant year. If necessary for the assessment of the application, we may ask you to submit additional information.

Please download and complete the Neighbourhood Panels and Village Associations grant form. Send the form by post to the City of Leeuwarden. You can also hand it in at the Town Hall.
