Notification of loan of a plot of land located at Tabedykje in Lekkum

The City of Leeuwarden intends to loan a piece of land, listed in the land registry as LWD, M, 1412, pending the development of a primary school, to Partnership F. and C.J. Visser-Tolboom.

Partnership F. and C.J. Visser-Tolboom is, as the sole leaseholder, the only party with access to the plot in question. For that reason, the local authority regards Partnership F. and C.J. Visser-Tolboom as the only serious candidate to make use of this plot in the interim.

If you have any objections to the (intended) leasing, you must apply for preliminary relief with the interim relief court of the Northern Netherlands District Court within 20 days of the date of this letter.
