New residential construction in Jorwert
There is space for new residential construction in two locations in Jorwert. One of these is the former OBS De Krunenstrobbe publicly run primary school and the old village hall on De Krunen next to it. At the same time, a group from the village has come up with a plan to develop the location on the corner of Ewerwert – Redbadwei for new residential construction.
Digital questionnaire
In order to make plans that match the needs and wishes of Jorwert, we would like to know what is important to residents such as yourself. To that end, we created a digital questionnaire. The questionnaire can be completed until 3 October.
Are you planning to move, are you looking to rent or buy a place or do you have any other questions about housing? Please let us know by completing the questionnaire.
Information evening for residents
On 10 October, we will be organising an information evening for all residents, in which we will set out the possible developments for both locations.
All residents of Jorwert will receive an invitation. The exact time and location of the information evening will shortly also be stated on this web page.
Where do we go from there?
After that, we will be collaborating with a working group consisting of Jorwert residents to identify the main challenges for developing these locations. The results of the questionnaire will of course be taken into account. An excursion and two working sessions have been planned for this, on 18 and 24 October and 7 November.
The results from the working sessions will be presented to the village on 21 November.
Want to participate?
If you would like to participate in the working sessions, you can indicate this in the questionnaire. However, the working group has a limited number of spaces. We will select the participants together with the working group and Doarpsnut Jorwert. In doing so, we will aim for a working group composition that is an accurate reflection of the village.
