Newbuild plan ‘Oer de Barten 2’ in Warten
New homes are being built in Warten by Zwanenburg Projecten B.V. on land on the west side of Warten. There is a sketch of the new building plan. Following consultation with immediate residents and Dorpsbelangen Warten, a draft zoning plan was made available for inspection.
Housing supply and availability
The plan includes 32 owner-occupied houses ranging from cheap to expensive. The supply includes detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced and end-terraced houses. Some houses will be built along waterways that connect to the Wartenster Wild. All homes in the plan are being developed and sold by Zwanenburg Projecten B.V. Visit the website for more information.
Zoning plan and image quality plan
The draft zoning plan with visual quality plan was available for inspection from Thursday, December 21, 2023 to Thursday, 1 February 2024. The views are currently being assessed. After consideration of the views, the zoning plan will be submitted to the municipal council for adoption.
Planning
The zoning plan is expected to be adopted in the first half of 2025. The adopted zoning plan is open to appeal. The plan will be made ready for construction after the zoning plan is definitively adopted. After that, the houses will be sold and built.
